Every time I have gone there, they have at least five (5) ladies behind the counter, they are gathered by the industrial ovens, only one is upfront with the customers.
" I am busy right now, preparing an order you will have to wait"
Best coffee I've ever had. Not sure what kind of tamale that was and don't recommend. Cuban sandwich was off the chain
I am rating this place a 2 mainly because of the lack of customer service.
I hope their management team addresses this and teaches them that in the US the customers are always first!
Great baked goods and drinks. Busy place. Get there early out the shelves will be picked over
The only true Cuban bakery in town. Best coffee, sandwiches and pastries. Only downside is waiting in line
Last but not least, the food is great freshly made, guava pastries are awesome and as well as all other bakery products. So for food quality I would rate them 5 stars.
I am giving them a one for service. No doubt the food and coffee is all great, but they are NOT courteous! I ordered through their mobile app to "skip the line", I got there 20 minutes after I ordered, when I got there my order was just being printed, and they told me to my face that I had to wait another 15 minutes because they give priority to the people in line. So stupid! I ordered AND PAID before any of those people even arrived... not to mention i ALSO waited in the SAME LINE to ask about my mobile order when I arrived. It was just rude and I felt unappreciated as a customer that actually use to be a REGULAR there..
