Asked to change our policy to monthly payments from annual. Got put on hold multiple times even after we had called three times previously. The last call was us trying to make our monthly payment over the phone. We were told the changes had not been applied and, moreover, the only way to pay was auto-deduction from our bank account. I explained that nobody in our previous calls had said that to us and, in fact, I was on the phone with them now to give them money.
Long story short. Avoid this company. We'll get another policy elsewhere.
Spoke to two representatives who did not resolve the problem and still only offered me autopay for my monthly premium. We were with them for 5 years and never were late or missed a payment.
