I had a sales rep openly complain to me and another rep that I "belong" to him because he is next in line for a customer.... while he stared at me from across the room the entire time. When I asked how the no money down option worked he just handed me an application and walked away..... Then reappeared only when I approached my original rep with the same question and told her to leave. .. not cool

Do not purchase furniture at badcock their furniture are not good. I purchased furniture for almost $3.000 over there including a mattress at badcock in less than a year the sides of the mattress ripped apart, when I called the store about the issue, they transferred me to badcock services for lake worth Florida location. I spoke to an agent they sent someone over to take pictures, than I received a call from someone name Raza she stated that the mattress have stains they can't do nothing for me, I told her I just want someone to come out to stitch together the part because I can see inside the mattress even though I used scotch tape to cover it. Raza was very fresh very rude with her slick smart mouth questioned me 'maaam' have you ever heard they repaired mattresses she started telling me the price of the mattress how I was protect the mattress, I asked her to speak to her manager Raza replied well my manager will tell you the same thing. I insisted Raza placed me on hold for a long time than returned telling me her manager wasn't available leave a message. After spending 3 days waiting for the manager to returned my call I had to call them back, I spoke to a representative name Stephanie very nice, very kind and extremely patient, Agent Stephanie made several attempts to help me unfortunately she couldn't she was able to help with my dinning room which also wasn't good Stephanie sent me a new table. I ended sleeping on the ripped mattress until today but I will never ever purchase anything else from badcock furniture, they only nice to customer when customers purchasing their trashy furniture. My headboard I brought it from rooms to go great stuff, I'm gonna stick with rooms to go.
