Actually standing here now and am being told we can't have a booth in the corner. We are three adults and two children 5 and under. Then she tells us computers are down and we can't have a table. However, others were able to get a table. How does that work? We asked for a manager twice to no avail because it was clear the hostess didn't want us there. Finally a manager comes and we ask for corner booth and get it. Let's see how the service gets.
Night we went full house 2 people at table sent food back it was cold manger took it off bill and we were served better food
Worst place to order food from! Ordered online, no one came to my car so I had to go inside. Went inside and waited to be helped, once I was finally helped it took 20 more mins to get my food (after waiting 20 mins to go to the restaurant for pick up) 3 people asked if I paid already, even though I paid online. I swear they started cooking when I got there and heated up fries from last night. Order was still wrong and cold!!! Thanks for no straws and no ketchup..... you guys suck! Officially Lost a customer. I will NEVER go back.
We come here often, food is good and relatively cheap, friendly staff, lots of tv's if you're into sports and the news. This Chilis restaurant is better managed than others in the area that's for sure, it's always clean .
I love this Chili’s!! Our server was very friendly and attentive and the food and drinks were great!
