Made me show her all kind of documents just to decline my application after a month of waiting and waiting.!
I was gonna stay there, but I could never get anyone to call me back. I even went over there twice. No one was ever there, even when it says someone should.

That women Judy is the most rude women I have ever in countered whatever you do DON'T try and buy a trailer she will just take your money from the application fee and then decline you for the park. She is rude and hateful. I feel bad for her husband tho he is sweet as pie and I wish I could have just delta with him.
I recently visited a very sick friend living at this park for over 10years. I saw him Monday, June 5,and he was in dire straits. I checked on him that Wednesday and I could only him mumbling. I then contacted the office to ask that they please check on him everyday.The manager said he would . I then notified his son, in Arkansas, that his dad was very ill. His son could not reach him by phone.So he noticed the office. When they finally checked on him, he had been dead at least 2 days. The manager said that he was out for weekend and just heard about it on the following Monday. What I want to know is why in God's name didn't manage ask another resident to check on him. He was supposed to have "lots" of friends there. I think it is tragic that this happened. My friend's trailer was near the office.tbe statements were made that they had done lots of things for him through the years. I think this park has good residents but half the trailers are horrible. As I was told no HOA to have rules. As far as I'm.concerned, this is a slum Lord place. A homeless shelter would be way better.
