Okay look, the teachers are okay and the students are okay. But you guys need to have conferences on how to deal with transgender students. It feels like absolute hell to be birth named by a substitute teacher in front of the whole class, because the office refuesed to change the attendance list. DONT HAVE MR VAN AS A TEACHER. Tho he has not said anything against being trans ( I mean it's kinda against title 9) but had a chart where he seats kids he WILL put your birth name on it saying " it's how the attendance list is " and all tho I did email telling home how I felt. Right when 3rd nine weeks started my name was up there visibal for the whole class to poke fun and judge. Also had no regard to pronouns. If you are looking for a class to feel like crap in I think you have found it. Personally I think someone should talk to him about the situation side clearly he doesn't understand. And also if you have an iep make sure ms.marciano is a far away as possible. She randomly barged into my Chem class in front on my friends while I was completing an assignment. She walks up " birth names me then presumes to ask how I'm doing " I answer and then she goes like " that's good him her whatever you go by " I was annoyed and she saw that on my face and presumed to leave. My mom called and conduced a conference with her and my lovely guidance councilor me.stair. While I was on the phone ms.marciano was constantly being corrected cause of her ignorance if a meeting would have been conducted with district they would know how to act and avoid situations like this. What a shame
I love this school! This is my first time I come to this school! I have nice teachers and friends!!
The nurses at the school are stuck up and are always rude to anyone who walks in.
