I took a pretty beat up bike to the store and they worked a miracle (or MIRACLES) on it.. cleaned it up, fixed what needed (and nothing that DIDN'T need to be fixed), and got it back to me super quick. I was injured a few years ago and this bike was a necessary part of my rehab process. Alberto and Machin did an amazing job-- i consider them not only my friends but also God's blessing. Yeah, they're THAT good. It's not by accident that the store is called Family Bicycle.. they really treat you like family.
