I don't usually post negative comments on any store because i know it can affect the employees. But i am so furious right now. If there was a negative rating i would absolutely give it. Not only did they NOT wash my side door at the bottom . The back section of the car was completely dirty. I have NEVER had such bad experience with a car wash before. This is insane i came in with a dirty car and came out with an even dirtier car. GUYSSS go to RUBBER DUCKY Car wash it is so much better and people will actually treat you good ....
Paid for $25 wash and was not disappointed. They cleaned the inside and outside really well. Remember to tip. I read the other reviews and I could see that being the case-but it didn't happen to me personally. Everyone was relatively helpful and I'm guessing if you aren't disrespectful you'll be happy with their service. Waiting area is chill: 20 minutes total time for an Altima with a medium amount of pitbull hair.
They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. Prices were on par with the level of service. Descriptions of posted services could be clearer
Great little car wash. Staff that speak English are wonderful. Spanish speaking staff not so much. I just don't get why employers insist on hiring people who do not know English.
Came in and got excellent service. They really took care of my car like it was there own. I was greatly satisfied and will definitely be coming back here from now on.
