I love this place! They really know their dog nutrition and always carry the bags to my car! I feel like they are family. Not like the impersonal service you get from other places. They take great care to really get to know their customers. I wish more businesses had the customer service that this company does! I don't order online anymore. I get a much better value here!
Jake's Pet Store is just great. THe owners and staff are always extremely help and caring.They suggest things I never knew were availability for my dog, Muffin. She loves to visit Jake's for the greatest cookie selection you could want.. Muffin has many allergies and they have things even for her. I have been in the store about a dozen times since they opened, both with and without Muffin. Whenever Muffin comes, they offer her a treat. Prices are great. They are much better than the chain stores. You must visit!
I can not say enough good things about this place. From the proprietors, Stacey and Harry, to their always smiling and helpful staff. All are always ready to help, give advice and listen to our endless stories of our beloved pets, with patience and understanding. They are excellent at helping you choose the perfect toy, food, leash, treat etc... Their prices are the best in town as is their selection of items. What a great addition to our community. I'm stealing this line but it works...may you live long and prosper. Thank you Jakes.
Original: Helpful and honest. I wanted to upgrade the food I was feeding my babies and went to an expensive, yet good food. The staff was knowledgeable about the product. When he was unsure of an answer he asked the owner over, who recommended a good food, but it was less money. I was impressed that he took the time to read the ingredients with me and to help me make an informed decision. Even if it meant not spending as much money in the store. We will definitely be back. I also highly recommend them.
Update: *** I ordered my food online to have it delivered. They had a different size bag and the bag I needed was Out Of Stock. They salesperson called me to tell me they had the size I needed. She also refunded my money and added the new purchase which was cheaper. She had it delivered next day. This was 2 days before Hurricane Irma. I cannot say enough good things!
This place has everything your pet would need! The staff is great and very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an amazing experience!
