David, April and the Paul Bange Roofing team did a great job replacing our 25 year old tile roof. They set, then met reasonable deadlines. The work was done with as little disruption to our neighborhood as possible. Our property was cleaned thoroughly after each work day. David's men were courteous. Most of all, David and April were very professional and easy to do business with. The result was an excellent value for a once in a lifetime project for us. I recommend Paul Bange Roofing to anyone looking to get the best value for their residential roofing dollar.
Paul Bange roofing will probably do a great job on your roof while at the same time stealing half your money from your bank account. I had a roof leak over my 3 car garage and called them for a quote. Before I called I had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done and how much it should cost.
Except they quoted me only $3,000 for the same job. Keep in mind this second company (tiger team roofing) is a reputable and highly rated company. So there's absolutely no reason why the quote for Paul Bange should be double the price, except to basically legally steal from the customer. So how much did I end up paying to fix my roof? A mere $750 from a roofer recommended by a friend. In case your wondering its been almost 3 years since that repair and I haven't had a single problem.
Based on the reviews I'm sure they do quality work. But my question to anyone reading this is: Would you want to be completely ripped off by a guy good at his job or actually give business to someone who charges a fair price?
Honest roofers. Great job, great attitude and great price. The owner Dave is a wonderful and honest business man.
The representative from their company came over looked at my roof for 30 seconds and recommended I replace the ENTIRE roof over the garage!! And he quoted me $6,000! Now some of you may say "well maybe they wanted to make sure that the roof stayed completely leak free so they recommended that." That would make sense, except I called 5 different roofers and another one happened to also recommend the same thing.
I'm sure going with Paul Bange would have solved my leak problem too. The only difference is that I would be out another $5,250. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them. And if you are even considering using them, get a second opinion from another company.
I usually do not write reviews... This is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. Everyone I came in contact was courteous, professional and polite. My roof was fixed with 1 phone call! They sent some one out to give me an estimate THE SAME DAY! The price was very reasonable and was exactly what we were originally quoted. Way to go Paul Bange Roofing! A+++!!
We had Paul Bange Roofing do our roof in the fall of 2008. Their estimate came in $2000-4000 less than their big and small competitors. They kept to their quote and had the job done on time. We have had no problems and don't expect to. The only negative I can say is that the guys on the roofing crew used some rough language. However, I bet that's true with a lot of roofers.
