They were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and so easy to work with! They were able to create a beautiful funeral wreath, with less than a half day's notice, for delivery the following morning. They provided photos of the final product, and ensured all information was correct.
Natalie the owner was extremely helpful. An arrangement of flowers that I purchased as a gift contained orchids. The orchids were not up to standard, and did not last overnight. I called and expressed my disappointment and Natalie assured me that this was not the quality she wanted associated with her company and so she promised to remake the arrangement and deliver it the following week when new orchids arrived. I wish more businesses had customer service like this now a days!
Outstanding service! We came in 5 minutes before closing , the owner met us with a big smile and produced a beautiful arrangement with minimal input from us. She knew exactly what we needed. To top it off the price was reasonable. Can't recommend more highly!
