If there was a less than 1 star I would have given a big fat ZERO. Make sure if you use them to ask questions on what they are making and how close to the website picture it will be and be specific on the colors you want because this place just does whatever they want and DO NOT TELL YOU THIS.
I went to their location to purchase some argements and ask a few questions not only was the door locked but when someone opened the lady asked me "can i help you" with a confused attitude of why are these people are here. Barely openning the door I started asking about some of the flowers she had and she just said no, no ,no and shut the door on my face in the middle of me taking and locked the door. I stood there in shock like what in the world just happened... I have never been treated in such a way ever! Guess you grow flowers just to keep to yourself cause god knows she did not want any customers in her store nor did she want to help at all. Makes you wonder what you really are doing in there cause it doesnt seem like it's flowers.

Came in for a last minute Valentines order for delivery and deliver they did! Arrangement was stunning and delivered ahead of time. My wife's coworkers were green with envy. Highly recommend and I, for certain, will be a repeat customer.
Beware on this flower shop I will never use them again. The Owner (Jackie) who answers the phone is not very pleasant to YOU as the customer when you call to tell them you are not happy on what they sent she took offense to it and got angry..... They have a Guarantee policy listed on their website and that's NOT true either as she would not even refund me for the money. She wanted to have it returned to the store within a hour! Are you kidding me it's a B-day gift and I live out of town and she wanted me to get the B-day person to go and return it to her shop this is just unbelievable!!!! what has ever happened to good customer service and guarantee as she so posts on her website! If she was nice and replaced it or even refunded me and was nice and pleasant about it I may have used this flower shop again, but after this cluster and nastiness NO WAY!
I have used this florist in the past and they were always very dependable until now and my mother was always pleased with their flower arrangements. TODAY, May 8, 2016 is Mother's Day, and my mother did not receive the arrangement I ordered for her online to be delivered yesterday, Saturday. I even spoke to someone today and they still did not deliver her flowers to her. So, not only am I disappointed and will never use them again but they hurt my Mother!
This Flower shop is plain awful. You go to the website and you think you ordering what they show on their site, but you get something totally different and way off base.
