However moral of the store is that they did not acknowledge the lack of customer service that they provided and neither did they offer to send new ones and/or compensate my friend for them.
I called the florist to let them know and nothing was done. Well today is the 15th and I called once again for all of the roses are not open and instead all fallen over and are dead. I once again called the florist and I told them about it and they said that they were beautiful when they were delivered.
I am in sales and believe that customer service is the most important item when selling. Just my thoughts.

Was very disappointed got beautiful roses on 04.09.2016 late in the day and the person that sent the flowers happened to be here and was upset that they were not delivered earlier (did not get to my office until almost end of day). Then when delivering one rose was totally broken in half and the driver said nothing which I would think that he saw and that he did it!
